Hey folks, just wanted to let you all know I’ve been trying Joost Beta (previously known as The Venice Project) for a few days now. The really quick verdict? It looks really nice, and works really well, but it definitely needs more content. Still, it’s kind of cool.

Whatever the case, if you want to give it a try, I’ve got one invite to give away. Just leave a comment on this post, and I’ll randomly pick someone by midnight (Thursday, EST).

  12. I’ve love to test it out! Goodness know I never have time anymore to sit infront of a TV (mainly because I’m stuck to my PC or laptop), so watching it on my computer would be so much better.

  91. I’ve been involved with digital video in the early days (about 12 years ago) when I worked with Scientific Atlanta (now Cisco) and with Philips Consumer Electronics. Would love a chance to be part of the Joost beta program to see what this next generation of digital video distribution is all about.

  95. I would love to have a joost invite. The reason I would love joost is because that would mean that I would be able to watch tv while I am at school, and I can catch up to the latest soccer and hockey games!
