Most of the time, you can’t really have the best of both worlds. But with the right gizmo, sometimes you can have your cake and eat it, too.
While the iPad’s rear-facing camera lets you take photos and shoot videos, you’d have to hold the tablet up vertically in order to do so. That makes typing or taking notes virtually impossible. Add that to the fact that you’d still need an app that will let you do both simultaneously. And just when you thought you had to go back to recording stuff with a phone and taking notes with a laptop, along came the MirrorCase.
The MirrorCase is a case for your iPad that allows you to take images or shoot video while the tablet is in a horizontal position. That makes typing or scribbling down notes possible and infinitely easier. As for the app–well, the makers of the case thought about that, too. The MirrorCase app will allow users to record and take notes simultaneously, as well as provide PDF and Dropbox integration and live preview re-sizing and re-positioning options.
The MirrorCase is currently up for funding on Kickstarter, where a minimum pledge of $49 will get you one of your very own.
