You can’t hold Bitcoins in your hands but you can lather up a storm with BitSoaps. The two are in no way affiliated with each other; one is an a cryptocurrency you can actually spend, while the other one is a giant coin-shaped soap that comes in three variants.
BitSoaps are made by an enterprising young couple who were “fascinated by [the] concept and versatile utility” of the Bitcoin currency. So they decided to jump on its popularity and come up with soaps inspired by it. On their website, they explain: “Our love for nature and passion for exciting endeavors has drawn us to creating this project. A project that merged environmental mindfulness and digital currency. Marrying these polarized ideas has, therefore, given birth to BitSoaps.”
There are three kinds of BitSoaps to choose from: Bitcoin Hemp Oil Soap Bar, Bitcoin Valentines Lavender Hemp/Castile Soap Bar, and Litecoin Castile Soap Bar. Each coin–er, bar–is priced at $4.42.
