I’m no doctor (I don’t even play one on TV), so I can’t tell you why you tend to wake up in the morning in sheets that are damp from your own perspiration. That’s something that you should probably have checked out. However, if you’re simply wanting something that will let you know when you are too hot at night, then look no further than the Sweat Alarm.

This  seemingly useless device goes around your wrist or ankle and informs you (by way of vibrations and a loud alarm) that you’re getting sweaty. You can then toss off a couple of blankets or turn on the air so that you can attempt to get back to sleep. I really don’t see what the point of this device is, so unless your doctor tells you to get one, save your $139.
