So it’s day one of the first annual OGCC and what to my wondering eyes should appear but a great way for any geek to decorate their Christmas tree. From Acorn Studios comes this set of 3 recycled circuitboard ornaments that have not only been trimmed down to the shape of a tree (aka a triangle) but also include a metal star made of bent wire that has been soldered to the top.
Now unfortunately the Circuitboard Ornament set was available for $19.95 on the Acorn Studio’s website but it seems to be sold out and no longer available. However I bet if you dig down deep to the bottom of that utility drawer you’ll find an old calculator with a circuitboard inside perfect for making your own ornaments.
