Rickroll’d in Klingon: Rick Astley’s ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ in Klingon

You’ll never forget the first time you were Rickroll’d. I certainly didn’t. What happened was: a friend called me one day and asked if I had heard about the iPhone 4S. I said no, and he told me to check out his Facebook profile because he had linked to an article about it. So I stupidly clicked on the shortened URL and was treated to Rick Astley in all his retro Never Gonna Give You Up goodness.

Rickrolling is still very much alive and kicking, and now an alternate Klingon version of his hit song has hit the web. It’s a Star Trekinspired parody directed by Christopher Kidder-Mostrom, who also happens to provide the vocals for the video. Now it won’t win any music awards, but it’s a pretty decent–not to mention hilarious–effort.

So what are you waiting for? Get Rickrolling now, Klingon-style.
