Batarang

Everybody loves Batman. I mean, who doesn’t? Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy may have wrapped up last month, but people are still talking about how the movie ended and the future of the franchise, even until now.

Given its huge success, you can expect Batman-inspired stuff to crop up from now until they decide to reboot the entire thing. Stuff like the Batarang. It’s a twin-blade folding knife that features a bat handle. Unfold the blades and you’ve got a knife that will probably cut your hand while you try to use it for something else. In essence, the design looks awesome. When outstretched, the blades look like the bat’s wings, which was probably what they intended to do. However, it makes using the knife a wee bit more complicated.

Of course, you can just use unfold one blade at a time and use it like you would a normal knife. But still. The Batarang looks dangerously silly and will probably cut the palms of those who don’t really know how to use it.

Batarang

The price for the Batarang ranges from $8.50 to $13, depending on the color.
