The Post-It Table from Italian design firm SoupStudio surfaced last year, but when has the fact that something isn’t brand new stopped us from reporting on it before? We think the design is creative and would certainly appeal to anyone who likes to doodle, draw, take notes or otherwise set ink or color on dead tree paper. Unlike simply setting a large slab of papers on a table, we imagine that once you’ve filled one sheet, you can detach it and stick it on another surface. That’s what’s cool about this table. What isn’t cool however is the fact that it doesn’t look like you can buy it. It appears to be one of those one-off prototypes, meant to showcase a firm’s creative talent, rather than a consumer product. Which is sad because we suspect there’d be a decent market for this thing.
