It’s made from “designer resin”, marketing slang that tells us that its target market is possibly the sucker; you know there’s one born every few minutes. It purports to steer water away from your foundation and into your lawn, while simultaneously brightening up your home. Sure. It’s a bear with a spout stuck up its behind.
