The hipster manifesto states that normal everyday items must be used in an obtuse manner, in order to make some kind of ironic statement. Or something like that. The point is that we always see people doing seemingly dumb things with the intent to make it look cool, and the Transceiver for iPhone falls squarely in that category. You use it to talk on your phone. Simple as that. There’s even a volume button on the side. And it’s cheap: $20. Just make sure to have your thick-rimmed glasses and skinny jeans on when you do this; you’ll make lots of friends that way.
