The Sonic Nausea is smaller than the 9-volt battery that powers it, but is capable of producing a unique combination of ultra-high frequency soundwaves that can cause anyone in its vicinity to suffer headaches, intense irritation, sweating, imbalance, nausea and even vomiting. And, thanks to the “unique soundwave characteristics”, finding where the source of the annoying audio is coming from is apparently very difficult.
