That’s right. Mercedes is having German high-tech watch manufacturer Laks make a line of MP3 watches bearing the Mercedes logo. It comes with 512Mb and some standard features, such as voice recording.
It connects via USB (sadly only 1.1) and recharges in about two hours. The earplugs included with it are 1.5m long, presumably enough to let you go jogging and such.
There’s no word on price, though BMW sells its own version for 350$.
Now, there’s nothing terribly new or exciting about MP3 watches. It’s just that this… well, this is a Mercedes watch.
