This 8th of May, Anglo-Italian dance group Planet Funk will be making a little bit of digital “history” by being the first band to release a single destined to be downloaded to a mobile only, before even releasing it anywhere else. It’ll be done through British cellphone operator 3, a wholly owned unit of Hong Kong’s Hutchison Whampoa group that runs the biggest 3G network in Europe.
The song is called “Stop Me”.
Anyone still doubting the musicphone revolution on the way?
